Meet the Team

 Sandy (aka: Doctor) is an industry aficionado. He had an esteemed career of 42+ years with Skil and Robert Bosch Tool Corp before he decided to fulfill a lifelong dream of starting his own company. Sandy is widely known across our markets and revered as a trusted partner. He is also known for his keen sense of fashion. He and his wife of 40 years, Jeri, enjoy traveling and spending time with their grandchildren. 

  "Jenn” is the backbone of BT Global.  Without her, BT Global would be lost. She manages all the incoming orders from our dealers abroad. She's a bilingual operations manager/customer service extraordinaire. Her extensive experience in logistics and back-office administration enables us to provide our customers with world-class service and turnkey processes. On her days off, she can be found out on the town salsa dancing with her husband Willy.  

Michael (aka Sponge) is our product knowledge master in Puerto Rico. He has been a sales leader in Puerto Rico for over 15 years.  He's is known for his top-rated customer service quality & product knowledge mindset. Michael enjoys educating the customer on the product first and foremost before any sale.   If he doesn't have the answer, don't worry, he'll research it and get back to you ASAP.   Michael lives in Puerto Rico with his wife, Jeanet, and 2 children. In their spare time, they can be seen enjoying the game of competitive bowling.
